Interview with Karun Chandhok
The Bridgestone-supported GP2 Series heads to the hills of Belgium’s superb Spa Francorchamps race circuit, located in the Ardennes forests for the ninth round of the GP2 Series. iSport International driver Karun Chandhok scored his first-ever GP2 Series race win there last season when driving for Durango, and this season he’s hoping to be back on the podium. French e-reporter winner Guillaume Navarro shares stage honours with GP2 champion Giorgio Pantano
French student Guillaume Navarro was crowned as the winner of the 2008 Bridgestone e-reporter competition on Sunday night, 14 September. With the results of the competition announced as part of the 2008 GP2 Series end of season ceremony at Monza, Guillaume enjoyed the bonus of sharing the stage with newly crowned GP2 champion Giorgio Pantano. The Bridgestone e-reporter competition attracted a record number of entries this year from across Europe with nine finalists chosen to report on Bridgestone and the GP2 Series rounds this season.
